Meet Urvi

Urvi brings more than two decades of experience spanning legal, regulatory, academic, and nonprofit environments in the United States and internationally. Trained as both a lawyer and public health professional, Urvi has held senior roles in health law and regulatory compliance, including positions with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, where she led complex compliance, contracting, and policy processes. She complements this background with extensive nonprofit and academic service, including long-standing roles with Tufts University admissions and the Asian & Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund. In addition, Urvi works as a freelance editor for international scientific and social science publications. Her depth in governance, compliance, budgeting, and organizational systems supports CDA’s operational integrity and mission-driven work.
