
Bio
Dost Bardouille is a senior leader in corporate social performance, human rights, conflict sensitive business practice, ESG (environment, social, and governance) management and sustainability. For over 15 years, she has worked as much in the field as in the boardroom, working with governments, civil society and multinational companies to evaluate, design and implement programs that bring about a net positive impact on society.
Most recently, Dost served as Vice President of Sustainability at Tahoe Resources, where she managed the mining company’s global implementation of social management programs, adherence to human rights commitments, and sustainability reporting and transparency. Prior to Tahoe, Dost worked on responsible business at CDA from 2008 to 2016.
Dost has written extensively and contributed to numerous articles on conflict-sensitivity, peace, and human rights responsibilities of private enterprise. She holds an MPH in Global Health from the University of Washington and a BSE in Engineering from the University of Michigan.
