Section 2 takes users through the 7 step DNH context analysis, program analysis, options generation, impact analysis, and program redesign process of the DNH framework.
The accompanying Workbook includes worksheets to help the user navigate the steps of Analysis and Implementation laid out in Sections 1 and 2.
